For Jordy Arthur Vaesen, fashion is a playground for creativity, self-expression and, most importantly, having fun. After discovering his love for sewing at 15 and studying fashion design in Antwerp at 19, he has continued to develop his own perspective on what it means to be a fashion designer today. Based in Belgium, Jordy combines fashion design and content creation to create work that feels outside the box, inspiring and inviting. Whether he’s designing, creating content or collaborating with brands, his goal is always to bring a fresh perspective, a sense of fun and something unexpected to the table. His philosophy is simple: if the content is banging, people won’t mind that it’s an ad.

Jordy Arthur’s creative work has been used by stylists and worn by artists and performers around the world, while his content has brought his distinctive point of view to collaborations with brands such as Volvo, Givenchy Beauty and Nona Source. He particularly enjoys collaborations that give him the freedom to think beyond the brief and turn a commercial message into something people genuinely want to watch. Through JA Academy, he takes that creativity one step further, teaching his community about sewing and pattern making for those who want to get hands-on themselves. For Jordy, being a fashion designer is no longer limited to the clothes he creates, it’s about using fashion, content and creativity to inspire people to see things differently.
