ONE VISION, EVERY CHANNEL: BYLOTTE IN FULL EXPRESSION
THE BRIEF
BYLOTTE, the high-end retailer from Eindhoven founded by Lotte Drijvers, wanted to elevate national brand awareness, strengthen the online store and cultivate a dedicated brand community. The goal was to bring coherence to brand PR, personal PR and community-building while translating the distinctive BYLOTTE online universe into an offline experience that would resonate across the industry.
THE L’AGENCY METHOD
We developed a comprehensive 360 PR approach that aligned every brand touchpoint. This included brand PR, showroom visibility, personal PR for Lotte Drijvers, strategic guidance for Substack and the creation and rollout of a tailored loyalty program aimed at deepening customer engagement.
To extend the brand’s reach and create a memorable physical expression of BYLOTTE’s digital identity, we organized a large-scale pop-up event in Amsterdam. Press, influencers and loyal customers were immersed in a curated environment that reflected the brand’s aesthetic and values, translating the BYLOTTE universe into an inspiring real-life experience that generated industry-wide buzz.
