PieterPeulen
CONTENT CREATOR, INTERIOR DESIGNER & ART DIRECTOR
Before he became known as “the man with the concrete house” and started creating one viral post after another, interior designer Pieter Peulen, together with his husband Joeri, spent three years building their dream home: a concrete sanctuary in the Flemish countryside, inspired by Scandi and Japanese architecture, surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape.
This ultra-minimalist haven, which they share with labradoodle Memphis, now serves as both Pieter’s creative playground: a canvas for continuously evolving interior compositions on social media featuring carefully curated vintage finds, and a constant source of inspiration for his collaborations as an art director and photographer.
Just like his name, Pieter Peulen’s vision carries a quiet strength and presence. A storyteller at heart, he crafts aesthetically refined images that radiate calm and character. Every project Pieter takes on (from his coffee-table book Concrete Homes, which brings together remarkable houses across Europe captured through his analogue lens, to campaigns for leading design and lifestyle brands) reflects his signature style, blending elegance and tactility with timeless vintage elements. A unique voice, subtle in its minimalism, yet strikingly distinct.
