  • Ensure timelines, deliverables, and expectations are aligned between talents, clients, and internal teams.
  • Work closely with Talent Managers to maintain strong, professional relationships with talents and clients through transparency and reliability.

  • Identify potential risks or bottlenecks early and proactively resolve or escalate them where needed.
  • Work closely with talent managers, creatives, and other project managers to align resources and ensure seamless delivery.
  • You support Talent Managers in developing and executing talent strategies, helping to align content, collaborations, and growth opportunities with both the talent’s goals and client expectations.
  • Safeguard creative quality by ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines, talent tone of voice, and agreed deliverables.

3. Creative & executional support

  • Translate brand briefings into clear project plans and creative executions that match the talent’s style, tone, and audience.
  • Support the creative team and Talent Managers in delivering content, activations, and collaborations that meet both brand and talent expectations.
  • Guide and support talents during shoots, events, and brand collaborations to ensure projects run smoothly.

4. Reporting & documentation

  • Maintain clear and structured project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, including Talent Managers and the Talent Director where needed.
  • Support post-project evaluations and contribute ideas to improve workflows and project processes.

5. Internal team collaboration

  • Participate in internal check-ins to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on priorities, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve project workflows, tools, and ways of working.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow project managers, talent managers, and creatives in a supportive, hands-on team environment.
