We are looking for an allround Talents Intern to join our Talents department at L’AGENCY starting February 2026. In this full-time role (5 days a week, minimum 5 months), you will support our talent portfolio, manage the gifting & invites inbox, and help create statistical reports for collaborations.

What you’ll do

  • Support the L’AGENCY Talents team in day-to-day activities
  • Manage the gifting & invites inbox: communicate with talents, their managers, and (potential) brands
  • Prepare statistical reports for talent and brand campaigns
  • Assist with content creation and shoots featuring talents
  • Provide support at offline events, both in-office and off-site
  • Follow up on emails and DMs from (potential) clients and brands

Who we’re looking for

  • Independent worker who thrives in a team environment
  • Punctual, precise, and highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and quick to spot tasks that need attention
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable making calls and sending emails
  • Affinity with influencers and influencer marketing
  • Proficient in Google Spreadsheets, Docs, and Drive
  • Currently pursuing higher education (HBO/WO), preferably in communications
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • In possession of a MacBook
  • Flexible, initiative-driven, and not bound to a 9-to-5 mindset
