L’AGENCY is looking for a creative producer starting as soon as possible to join our Brands and PR team. L’AGENCY is a full-service media agency providing services such as influencer campaigns, content strategies, productions and brand activations.
In this role, the creative producer is the driving force behind high-impact PR concepting and next-level activations. You combine strategic creativity with hands-on production skills. You have a proven creative PR track record and know how to turn insights into culturally relevant ideas that generate earned attention. At the same time, you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and independently produce projects from concept to execution.
You’ll report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the Account Manager to ensure that ideas are not only bold and innovative, but also feasible, well-produced and commercially strong.
This role combines concept development, PR expertise, production ownership and design skills - allowing you to elevate pitches, campaigns and activations while ensuring flawless execution.

1. Creative & PR concept development
- Develop standout PR-driven concepts that earn media attention and create cultural relevance for brands. You understand how to build campaigns that are newsworthy, shareable and impactful.
- Lead the creative development of pitches together with L’AGENCY’s founder, managing director and account managers. Translate client briefs into strong, insight-driven concepts, including activation ideas, PR angles and influencer integrations.
- Shape compelling narratives and PR storylines that align with brand identity and resonate with media, influencers and target audiences.
- Stay ahead of trends in PR, influencer marketing, media and digital culture. Proactively translate insights into innovative campaign opportunities.
- Balance creativity with feasibility and commercial impact. Think not only in ideas, but also in how they drive visibility, brand growth and client objectives.
2. Production & activation ownership
- Independently manage productions and activations from concept to execution including shoots, events, influencer activations and brand experiences.
- Roll up your sleeves when needed. Whether it’s deck building, creative mock-ups, on-site production or last-minute adjustments - you make it happen.
- Build and manage relationships with production partners, venues, suppliers and freelancers to ensure smooth execution and high production value.
- Safeguard creative integrity throughout the production process. Ensure all output aligns with the original concept, brand guidelines and PR objectives.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and Account Manager to ensure creative ideas remain within budget while maintaining impact.
3. Design & creative development
- Translate ideas into strong visual directions for pitches, campaigns and activations. Create mood boards, mock-ups and visual presentations that bring concepts to life.
- Work confidently with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere is a plus) to develop pitch decks, visual assets and presentation materials.
- Understand branding fundamentals and ensure all creative output aligns with brand identity and positioning.
- Continuously elevate the visual and conceptual quality of our work, pushing the agency’s creative standard to the next level.
4. PR network & media impact
- Leverage your existing network of journalists, media contacts, stylists, creators and cultural connectors to amplify campaigns.
- Understand what makes a story newsworthy and tailor concepts accordingly to maximize earned media coverage.
- Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure influencer activations are seamlessly integrated into broader PR strategies.
- Identify proactive PR opportunities for clients based on trends, cultural moments or media developments.
5. Internal collaboration & leadership
- Work closely with the Managing Director and Account Manager to align on strategy, budgets and client expectations.
- Act as a senior creative voice within the team, inspiring colleagues and elevating brainstorm sessions.
- Help streamline creative and production workflows to increase efficiency and quality.
Who you are
- 5+ years experience in Creative PR, brand activations, or creative production (agency experience is a strong plus)
- Proven track record in developing successful PR-driven campaigns and activations
- Strong conceptual thinker with commercial awareness
- Hands-on producer who takes ownership and responsibility
- Excellent presentation skills and confident in client-facing environments
- Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite
- Well-connected within PR, media and/or influencer landscape
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented
- Fluent in Dutch and English
