L’AGENCY is looking for an fulltime account manager starting as soon as possible to join our Brands and PR team. L’AGENCY is a full service media agency providing various services such as influencer campaigns, content strategies and production and brand actiovations. In this role, the account manager is that key link between clients, the internal team, and external partners. You maintain strong client relationships, coordinate projects and productions, and contribute creatively and strategically to ensure our campaigns deliver maximum impact. Working across brand activations, PR, content strategies, and influencer marketing, you bring both structure and inspiration to every project.
This role combines project management, client service, and creative input, allowing you to support the Managing director while helping clients achieve their goals in innovative ways.
1. Client relationship management & sales
- Day-to-day client contact: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing daily communications and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
- Strategic sparring partner: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and challenges, and provide proactive advice on PR, activations, content strategies, and influencer marketing.
- Sales & upselling: Spot opportunities within existing accounts to expand the scope of work (e.g. adding influencer activations, extra content production, or PR pushes) and collaborate with the Managing director on proposals and pitches
- New opportunities: Stay alert to client developments and industry trends, identifying where L’AGENCY’s services can provide added value.
- Long-Term partnerships: Build strong relationships through trust, clear communication, and delivering outstanding results.
2. Project & production coordination
- Timeline & deliverables management: Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring PR campaigns, influencer activations, and content productions are delivered on time and at the highest standard.
- Influencer campaign management: Identify and brief suitable influencers, manage negotiations and contracts, coordinate content deliverables, and monitor performance to maximize client visibility.
- Production oversight: Coordinate shoots, influencer activations, and live events, liaising with suppliers, venues, and partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Internal collaboration: Work with our Brands & PR team to align resources and ensure smooth delivery across all disciplines.
- Quality control: Review press materials, event concepts, influencer content, and campaign assets for consistency, tone, and brand alignment.
3. Creative & strategic input
- Concept development: Contribute ideas during brainstorms and campaign planning sessions, bringing fresh, innovative concepts that align with client briefs.
- Content & influencer strategy support: Help shape content calendars, PR storylines, and influencer strategies to maximize brand reach and engagement.
- Pitch contributions: support the PR director and Managing director with creative and strategic input for client pitches and proposals, including research, influencer landscape insights, and campaign concepts.
4. Financial support & reporting
- Budget monitoring: Track project budgets (PR campaigns, productions, influencer campaigns, activations), flagging potential risks.
- Reporting: Gather results and insights for client reports, covering media coverage, influencer deliverables, event outcomes, and campaign performance.
5. Internal team collaboration
- Team alignment: Facilitate internal meetings to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and client objectives.
- Process optimization: Suggest improvements in workflows and project organization to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Guidance: Support interns or junior colleagues, sharing best practices and helping them grow within the team.
Key requirements
- Dutch native speaker and English language skills (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing: from identifying talent to managing collaborations and measuring impact
- 3 - 4 years of work experience (preferably in an agency)
- Experience with brand activations & event production
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple productions and campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and budget management capabilities.
- Collaborative mindset, able to guide junior colleagues and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management: Experience managing multiple campaigns and productions simultaneously.
- Creative & strategic thinking: Ability to contribute meaningful ideas and translate client goals into effective PR, content, and activation strategies.
- Relationship building: Skilled at fostering long-term client partnerships.
- Hands-on coordination: Comfortable managing productions, events, and activations from start to finish.
- Collaborative leadership: Capable of working with diverse teams and guiding juniors, interns or freelancers.
